Atilio Braga

Atilio Braga serves as the Presidente da Comissão de Governança e Compliance at Instituto Nacional de Proteção de Dados (INPD) since May 2022, following a previous role as Diretor de Governança. Atilio has extensive experience in compliance and legal management, currently working as an Anti-Bribery Internal Auditor and Consultant at BBA Consultoria & Treinamento Empresarial since May 2018. In academia, Atilio has held positions as a Visiting Associate Professor at various institutions, including IEL, UNISOCIESC, and Grupo Educacional Opet, teaching courses related to compliance and legal themes. Atilio's earlier career includes significant tenure at Bradesco Bank, serving as Legal Manager for over a decade, and Atilio has also participated in innovative initiatives such as #JURTECH, focusing on the integration of technology in legal practice. Atilio Braga holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Finance and a law degree.
