Valentina Garcia Gomez

Valentina Garcia Gomez currently serves as an Executive Assistant at Instituto para el Desarrollo de Antioquia (IDEA) since January 2024 and as an Events Analyst at Universidad EAFIT, where responsibilities include coordinating the World Congress of the International Economic Association (IEA) 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Assistant at ISA INTERCOLOMBIA, focusing on budget control and online payment functionalities, and as an intern developing a budget expression prototype and supporting the 2021-2022 budget planning. Valentina also held academic monitoring positions at Universidad EAFIT and was a student representative. Valentina is pursuing a Master's degree in Financial Management at Universidad EAFIT, expected to be completed in December 2025, following a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from the same institution.
