Luis Paulino Méndez Badilla is the Rector at Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Tecnológico de Costa Rica is chaired by the rector, who is the highest-ranking executive official and remains in office for a period of four years. The rector directs and coordinates university management in all its organizational dimensions and areas of action.
For the fulfillment of his functions, the rector is accompanied by the Rector's Council, made up of the vice-rectors who are his immediate collaborators, together with the directors of headquarters and academic centers.
