Carlos Suarez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT Service Management and project management. Currently serving as Manager of IT Service Management Processes at Banco de Prevision Social since 2007, Carlos focuses on ITSM processes and best practices adoption. Additional project management responsibilities include overseeing the Registros Corporativos Project aimed at enhancing corporate registers for the Uruguayan government's social security agency. Carlos also teaches UNIT/ISO-IEC 20000 classes at Instituto Uruguayo de Normas Técnicas and has provided consultancy for ISO 20000 certification at CIEMSA.
