Vivian van Alem

Vivian van Alem has extensive experience in the field of education, serving as an advisor and process facilitator in primary education since 2001. Currently, Vivian holds the position of advisor and process facilitator for education, childcare, and collaborative partnerships at Van Alem Onderwijsadvies, while also leading projects on parental involvement within the framework of the Dutch law on suitable education for multiple collaborative educational organizations. Additionally, Vivian serves as the editor-in-chief of the Tijdschrift Intern Begeleiden and teaches at Instondo Academy, focusing on quality coordination and training for internal supervisors. Educational contributions include roles as a project leader on various initiatives, including language projects in cooperation with local municipalities and organizations.
