Sebastian Genz is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in project development and management. Currently serving as Senior Projektentwickler at Instone Real Estate since November 2015, Sebastian specializes in leading large-scale projects, project development, team management, and real estate sales and leasing across various sectors including residential, retail, and commercial properties. Prior to this role, Sebastian held similar positions at LBBW Immobilien Development GmbH and Groß & Partner, focusing on project leadership, land acquisition, and property leasing.
