Sutanshu Raj

Sutanshu Raj is the current CTO at Instoried. Sutanshu has also served as the Head of Research & Development at ASADEL TECHNOLOGIES (P) LTD from November 2017 to May 2018, and Co-Founder and CTO at Eagle Ai GmbH from October 2017 to August 2018.

Sutanshu Raj started their career as a Research Assistant at Tampere University of Technology from November 2012 to May 2014. Sutanshu then joined Microsoft as a Summer Trainee in Imaging in June 2014, where they worked on developing a novel static method for Color Constancy by modifying the distance measure used in Grey-Edge methods in-order to achieve minimum angular errors (MATLAB, C++).

In May 2015, Sutanshu Raj joined the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) as a Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer. At PHFI, they developed vision & learning algorithms in MATLAB which were deployed in C++ / Python for Swasthya Slate applications. Sutanshu also conducted H/W integration on the system with the Testing team.

Sutanshu Raj has a Master of Science from Tampere University of Technology in Signal Processing, and also has a Bachelor of Technology from University School of Information, Communication & Technology in Computer Science. Sutanshu also has a certification from DataCamp in Kaggle Python Tutorial on Machine Learning, and another certification from Coursera in Machine Learning.
