Pavel Gusak is a Marketing Design Team Lead at Instories since February 2021. Prior to this, Pavel worked as a Senior Motion Graphic Designer at PZprod.ru from July 2019 to February 2021. With a Master's degree in Investment and Innovation Management and Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Pavel's expertise lies in motion graphics, creating visual concepts, VFX, TV ad campaign production, color correction, and producing promotional music videos for social media platforms. Some of Pavel's notable achievements include working on TikTok campaigns for big brands like Kotex, Uber, Coca Cola, and winning the Effie Awards'20 for the Fanta Dark Mystery campaign.
