Ashley Lalas

Ashley Lalas, LCSW, currently serves as a Child and Adolescent Therapist at InStride Health since January 2025, following a role as a Therapist at Rogers Behavioral Health from February 2021 to January 2025. Ashley's experience includes providing individual psychotherapy for diverse age groups at Penn Medicine and co-facilitating group therapy for adults with intellectual disabilities. Previous roles include working as a Clinical Intern at The Kirkbride Center, where therapeutic services were provided to individuals with substance use disorders, and as a Peer Facilitator at Temple University. Ashley also has extensive experience in child care and supervision, having worked as a Visitation Coach Intern with families in foster care. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Temple University.
