Kathryn Boger, Ph.D., ABPP has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and organizations. Kathryn is currently serving as the Chief Clinical Officer and Co-Founder of InStride Health since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at McLean Hospital starting in 2009, holding several positions including Senior Consultant, Co-Founder and Program Director of the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program, Case Manager and Researcher in the Adolescent Acute Residential Treatment Program, and Postdoctoral Fellow in the same program. In 2015, they served as a Clinical Advisor at Mirah where they focused on making mental healthcare more objective and data-driven. Kathryn also worked as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School from 2018 to October 2021. Dr. Boger began their career as a Predoctoral Intern at the May Institute in 2008 and later became a Research Coordinator at Stanford University's Mood and Anxiety Disorders Lab from 2001 to 2003.

Kathryn Boger, Ph.D., ABPP completed their undergraduate education from 1997 to 2001 at Williams College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Kathryn then pursued further education in the field of Clinical Psychology, earning their Ph.D. from Boston University between 2003 and 2009.
