Julie McDonald

Julie McDonald is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in corporate partnerships and strategic sales across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Partnerships at InStride since October 2023, McDonald is focused on enabling employers to provide education solutions to their workforces. Previous roles include Head of Global & NA Strategic Sales at Assent, where responsibilities encompassed team development, sales process management, and revenue operations, and Vice President of Solution Sales at Cornerstone OnDemand, where McDonald led multiple dedicated sales teams and achieved significant revenue growth and quota attainment. Additional experience includes senior roles at ADP, Taleo, and Hire.com, demonstrating a consistent track record of high performance and leadership in sales. McDonald holds a degree from Texas State University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
