Amponsah Nkansah

Amponsah Nkansah is an experienced education professional with a strong background in instructional support, teacher effectiveness, and leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Instructional Support at Instruction Partners since September 2019, Amponsah previously held significant roles including Director of Teacher Effectiveness at DC Charter and Director of Instructional Leadership at AppleTree Early Learning Public Charter School. Amponsah's experience encompasses managing teams to enhance teacher training and development across multiple schools, designing instructional coaching programs, and collaborating with educational leaders to ensure effective instructional practices. Amponsah's early career included positions as a Curriculum Specialist, High School Teacher, and Middle School Teacher, supported by a Master's degree in Education from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University.
