Deirdre Mari

Deirdre Mari currently serves as the Math Content Lead at Instruction Partners, a position held since August 2025, focusing on enhancing math instruction for school districts with an emphasis on equity and student engagement. Prior to this role, Deirdre spent over a decade at Dallas Independent School District, initially as a Classroom Teacher and progressing to IB Coordinator/Math Instructional Coach, where notable achievements include leading the school to IB PYP authorization in 2024 and achieving a 93% pass rate on math assessments. Deirdre gained further experience as an Instructional Coach with Teach for America, managing the professional development of corps members, and as a Corps Member fostering educational equity in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Earlier roles include teaching at Bright Horizons Day Care and a position as a File Clerk at Hudson Internal Medicine. Deirdre holds a Master of Education degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from The College of New Jersey.
