Althia Rolle

Althia Rolle began their work experience in 2006 as a Sales Manager at Macy's, where they stayed until 2013. Althia then moved on to PharmaSource Inc. in 2014, working as a Pharmaceutical Sales Trainer until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Corporate Trainer at Convey Health Solutions. In 2018, they joined Inktel Contact Center Solutions as an Operations Center Supervisor/Manager, a role they held until 2021. Following that, they worked at Learning Sciences International from 2021 to 2022, in various positions such as Operations Manager and Sales Operations Manager. Currently, Althia serves as a Sales Operations Manager at Instructional Empowerment, a role they took on in 2022.

Althia Rolle's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida A&M University. Althia also obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Political Science and Government from Tallahassee Community College.

In terms of additional certifications, Althia Rolle has completed the following courses: "How to Find and Use Your Strengths" and "Microsoft Power Automate: Business Process Flows" from LinkedIn, both obtained in April 2023. Althia has also obtained a Hospitality Management Certificate from FAU in April 2020.

Furthermore, Althia Rolle has obtained several certifications related to the healthcare field. Althia is a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) and Certified EKG Technician (CET), both acquired from Hollywood Career Institute in August 2017 and July 2017 respectively. Althia is also a Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) from Hollywood Career Institute, obtained in June 2020. Additionally, Althia Rolle has completed an Online CPR/AED and First Aid Combo Course from the Red Cross in July 2020.
