Consultant- School Leadership Coach at Instructional Empowerment

Stephanie Green has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1994, they started their career as a Teacher/Coach at Kemper Military School and Junior College, where they taught various subjects and coached the high school girls' basketball team until 1997. Stephanie then moved on to Jamestown High School, where they served as a Teacher/Director, responsible for secondary English curriculum and instruction, journalism, drama, competitive speech, and sponsorship of a high school class.

In 2010, Stephanie worked as a Learning Facilitator at the University of Phoenix, followed by an Online Instructor role at the University of Missouri from 2012 to 2014. During their time at the University of Missouri, they also served as an Office Support Assistant IV, providing administrative support for scholastic journalism programs.

From 2001 to 2018, Stephanie held various positions at the Boonville R-1 School District, including Principal of Laura Speed Elliott Middle School, Director of Curriculum 6-12/Technology Coach, and Teacher/Coach. In their teaching role, they were responsible for 9th-12th grade English courses, journalism courses, and the development of specialized curriculum. Stephanie was also actively involved in research, planning, and implementation of school-wide advancements for academic achievement and English Language Arts curriculum development.

Between 2014 and 2020, Stephanie returned to the University of Missouri as an Office Support Assistant IV. Finally, they retired in 2021 and started working as a Consultant-School Leadership Coach at Instructional Empowerment in 2022.

Stephanie Green's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they obtained from Boonville R-1 High School in the year 1989. Following this, they attended Adams State College (now University) from 1989 to 1994 and earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) and Secondary Education.

Later on, in 2007, Stephanie pursued higher education at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Curriculum and Instruction/English and Journalism Education. Additionally, they completed their education at the same university in 2019, acquiring an Ed Specialist degree in Secondary School Administration/Principalship and Superintendency.

In terms of certifications, Stephanie holds a Missouri Administration Certificate in Principal 7-12, issued by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Stephanie also possesses a Missouri Career CPC Teaching Certificate in English 7-12 and Journalism 9-12, obtained from the same institution.
