Paula Karina Villar

Paula Karina Villar, CLSSGB, currently serves as the Sr Director of RevOps Shared Services at Instructure since February 2025. Previously, Villar held the position of Director of GTM Strategy & Operations at ClickUp from August 2023 to February 2025, where responsibilities included team leadership and development in the Philippines. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Sales Operations at Zendesk, managing global support operations over multiple regions, and roles at Concentrix, Autodesk, and other organizations in various operational capacities. Villar's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from De La Salle University Dasmarinas Cavite.
