Tessa Baston

Tessa Baston is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and social work, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Instrument since July 2017, with previous roles as VP People Operations, Director of Human Development, and Human Development Manager. Prior to this, Tessa worked at the Department of Human Services from July 2011 to July 2017 as Regional Oversight Manager and Site Manager, focusing on program oversight and empowerment for group homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Tessa began the career at Westside Community Focus as Direct Care Coordinator from July 2007 to July 2011. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Point Loma Nazarene University, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
