Jul Ceballos has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career in 2010 as a Junior Full Stack Engineer and Sys Admin at ASI, where they created SAAS and handled server administration. In 2012, they co-founded LastRoom, a hospitality startup, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer and managed software architecture, cybersecurity, and API provider relationships.

After that, Jul worked as a Technical Lead & Full-Stack Engineer at Next Cloud, where they managed ERP development and reduced costs by 50%. They also worked as a Full Stack Engineer, planning and implementing web solutions.

In 2015, Jul joined Conekta as the Head of Engineering and Product Manager. They played a crucial role in managing the product development cycle and cross-functional teams, improving the company's credit card acceptance rate and reducing costs.

Jul's experience also includes working as a Chief Technology Officer at a Venture Builder called STARTegy, where they implemented rapid prototyping methodologies and spearheaded collaborative efforts in bringing products to the market for fintech startups.

They co-founded Eato, an early-stage startup in the food industry, where they led the product development cycle, assessed costs, and enhanced products based on customer data, resulting in improved user experience measures.
