Niels-Chr. Holt

Niels-Chr. Holt is an experienced executive with a strong background in commercial management, pricing, and financial operations. Currently serving as Head of Commercial Management, Analytics, and Pricing (VP) at TDC Erhverv since January 2022, Niels-Chr. leads over 25 team members in pricing strategy and business case development, contributing to significant contract wins and the attainment of ISO 27001 certification. Previously, Niels-Chr. was CFO at AudienceProject, where financial restructuring and strategic pricing initiatives were implemented, enhancing commercial operations across Europe. Niels-Chr. also held leadership roles at Novozymes, DLH Group, Circle K Europe, and DLG Group, consistently driving operational improvements and cost reductions. Niels-Chr. holds an MBA from IE Business School and multiple degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
