Caitlyn Young-Gilbert

Caitlyn Young-Gilbert serves as the Chief of Staff to the Co-Founders at Instrumentl since August 2025, following a role as Executive Assistant to the C-Suite at Pressed Juicery. Prior experience includes Vice President of People Operations at UpKeep, where strategic HR leadership was provided through the development of international HR strategies and organizational guidance. Caitlyn has also held positions such as Director of Operations & Events at Milk+Bookies, Projects & Operations Associate at GOOD Worldwide Inc, and Operations Coordinator at Global Philanthropy Group. As a co-founder of The Winging It Girls' Guide, Caitlyn contributed to a community platform for women. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in History from UCLA and attendance at Yale School of Management and Koç University.
