Karen Lee is an account executive at Instrumentl. Karen has over eight years of experience in prospect management and research, fundraising strategy, and data analysis.

Karen began their career in higher education fundraising at Santa Clara University, where they served as the associate director of prospect management and analytics. In this role, they led research efforts for front-line fundraisers, executive leadership, and other external-facing entities across campus.

In 2016, Karen joined the University of California, Berkeley as the assistant director of foundation relations and corporate philanthropy.
