Andrzej Massel

Andrzej Massel is currently serving as the Dyrektor at Instytut Kolejnictwa. Andrzej has also held various titles at Ministerstwo Transportu i Gospodarki Morskiej and Ministerstwo Infrastruktury. Massel holds a Dr habilitowany w dziedzinie nauk inżynieryjno-technicznych from Warsaw University of Technology, as well as a Dr nauk technicznych from Gdańsk University of Technology.
