Margot Petitpierre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project development, management, and business development within the NGO sector and international organizations. Currently serving as Asia General Manager, Country Director, and Technical Director at INSUCO since January 2018, Margot coordinates the technical department in Guinea while also overseeing business development and mission supervision. Previous roles include Country Representative at Inter Aide and Triangle Génération Humanitaire, where responsibilities encompassed national representation, project proposal writing, fundraising, and managing multiple programs, particularly in WASH, education, and agriculture. Margot also has a strong background in program management, having worked on irrigation projects and value chain improvement initiatives at ASODIA and other organizations. Educationally, Margot holds a Master's degree in Agro Economics from ISTOM, obtained in 2009.
