Inma Fernández Sastre

Inma Fernández Sastre has over 20 years of experience in various finance roles. Inma started their career at Soluziona in 2000, where they held the position of Tecnico senior and led a team of three people. Inma'sresponsibilities included managing various finance areas such as accounting, controlling, reporting, credit management, taxes, and budgeting. Inma also had ownership of key balance sheet accounts.

In 2003, Inma joined Deloitte as part of the Audit Division, specializing in Telecomunications, Media & Energy. Inma'srole involved conducting statutory financial audits for external clients.

In 2005, they transitioned to everis as a Manager of SAP solutions. In this role, they implemented consolidation process tools in different entities and worked closely with the financial direction to define requirements and coordinate internal teams.

Since 2008, Inma has been with Insud Pharma as the Head of Corporate Consolidation and Financial Processes. Inma'sresponsibilities include managing and developing a finance team, handling local statutory and group accounting, reporting, audit, and financial compliance. Inma oversees the consolidation of financial statements for the group, which consists of more than 150 subsidiaries across more than 35 countries.

Throughout their career, Inma has demonstrated expertise in financial processes, consolidation, audit, and team management. Inma has consistently ensured timely delivery of financial statements and has actively sought out new business opportunities to add value to their companies.

Inma Fernández Sastre obtained a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Inma also completed the In Company Corporate Development Program at IESE Business School, specializing in Administration and Management of Companies.
