Paloma Romero Hernández

Paloma Romero Hernández has a strong background in tax and finance, with experience spanning over two decades. Paloma currently holds the position of Tax & Finance Director at Insud Pharma since 2023. Prior to this, Paloma worked as a Tax Director at Bolt from 2021 to 2023. Paloma also had a long tenure at Insud Pharma, where they served as Tax & Statutory Reporting Director from 2014 to 2021. Before joining Insud Pharma, Paloma gained valuable experience at EY as a Business Tax Advisory from 2008 to 2014, and at KPMG España as an M&A TAX specialist from 2001 to 2008.

Paloma Romero Hernández completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Universidad de Valladolid from 1995 to 2000. Paloma later pursued a Master's Degree in Tax Law/Taxation from IE Business School in 2000-2001. In 1998-1999, Paloma also attended the University of Birmingham to study Business Administration and Management, General. Recently, in 2016-2017, they participated in the Corporate Development Program at IESE Business School.
