Dianne Erica Santos

Dianne Erica Santos, RPm, currently serves as Regional Head at Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Dianne was a Sales Trainer at Sun Life from August 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included facilitating training sessions for both new and seasoned advisors and developing tailored training modules. Dianne's earlier experience includes roles as a Bancassurance Sales Executive at BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corp., where responsibilities involved offering insurance and investment solutions and managing customer service for existing policyholders, as well as a Human Resources Assistant handling recruitment processes. Dianne began the career as a Human Resources Intern at Bayview Technologies, Inc. and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, obtained in 2015.
