Nina Aguas

Nina Aguas currently serves as Executive Chairman and CEO of Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd., where involvement spans multiple executive and board roles since January 2016. In addition to leadership at Insular Life, Nina holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at InLife Health Care and is a member of the Board of Directors at UnionBank of the Philippines, contributing to various committees including Market Risk and Corporate Governance. Other board roles include Independent Director at Monde Nissin Corporation, Non-Executive Director at Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation, and Chairman of the Board at Insular Foundation Inc. Nina's previous experiences include serving as Chairman at BOF, Inc. A Rural Bank, and participating as a member of the Advisory Council for Gender and Development with the World Bank Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from the University of Santo Tomas.
