Ruzelle Arreza

Ruzelle Arreza, FLMI, CWP, CEPP, currently serves as the Section Head of Training - Career Advancement at Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. since December 2017, where responsibilities include leading training initiatives for both Bancassurance and career advancement. Prior to this role, Ruzelle worked at BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corp. from December 2012 to October 2017, progressing from Training Officer to Training Manager. Ruzelle's professional journey began at AIG Shared Services as a Process Trainer and Call Center Representative, focusing on insurance operations training and customer service. Ruzelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of the Philippines, obtained in 2007.
