Ashley Dietrick

Ashley Dietrick, CPTD, DTM, serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Insulet Corporation since April 2024 and holds a simultaneous role as Leadership Advisor at Cowbell. Previously, Ashley was the Learning & Development Director at Papaya Global and the Senior Talent Development Partner at Billtrust. Extensive experience in learning environments includes developing training programs, evaluating outcomes, and managing educational initiatives, particularly at Lawley. Earlier roles include Resource Development Director at the Boys and Girls Club of East Aurora and Program Director at Jericho Road Ministries. Ashley began a professional career as a Junior Sales Associate at Buffalo Business First. Ashley earned a Bachelor's degree from Nazareth University in 2009 following graduation from Hamburg High School in 2005.
