Sam Mattar, MBA, CCEP has extensive experience in compliance and healthcare. Currently, they are the Director and Compliance Officer at Insulet Corporation, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the company's compliance program and providing strategic healthcare compliance advice. Prior to this, Sam worked at Amgen for over 20 years in various roles, including Director Compliance, Sr. Manager Compliance, Sr. Manager Medical Education, Compliance Manager Medical Education, Contract Pricing Analyst, and Regulatory Coordinator/Associate. In these positions, they led teams, designed and implemented compliance monitoring programs, managed vendor relationships, and ensured compliance with regulations and company policies. Sam's work experience demonstrates their expertise in compliance management and their ability to mitigate risk and ensure operational and compliance objectives are met.
