Bradley LeBlond has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Bradley currently serves as the EVP and Chief Underwriting Officer at Insur-Fi, a tech-focused MGA and wholesale broker that they co-founded. In this role, they lead the creation and management of new programs, develops underwriting guidelines and pricing models, and integrates technology platforms.

Prior to their current position, LeBlond worked as a Director at Davies North America, where they provided actuarial consulting services to insurers, reinsurers, MGA's, brokers, captives, and risk retention groups. Bradley conducted actuarial reserve reviews, developed pricing models for commercial property, and priced reinsurance submissions.

LeBlond also held a leadership role at AIG, where they served as the Head of Pricing for the Global Property, Programs, and Special Risks division. Bradley managed a global team of actuaries and was responsible for pricing model development, profitability analyses, rate monitoring, and improvement strategies.

Before joining AIG, LeBlond worked as a Partner at Evergreen Commercial Properties and as a Vice President - Underwriter at PartnerRe, where they specialized in structured reinsurance underwriting and product development. Bradley started their career at Munich Re, where they served as the Chief Actuary of Inter-Ocean Re and held various roles in pricing and financial products pricing actuary.

LeBlond began their career as a Consulting Actuary at Milliman. Overall, they have a diverse background and extensive expertise in underwriting, pricing, and actuarial consulting within the insurance and reinsurance industry.

Bradley LeBlond's education history includes a brief period at Fellow Casualty Actuarial Society in 2002. Bradley also attended University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1987 to 1991, majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they became a member of the American Academy of Actuaries in 1998.
