Raúl Castro Pérez

Raúl Castro Pérez has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Raúl currently works as a Key Account Manager (KAM) at Insurama since 2021. Prior to this role, they spent a decade at Phone House España, where they held multiple positions. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Supervisor de zona, responsible for remote work support, staff management, and the implementation of workflow improvements. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Técnico de telefonía móvil (Samsung), managing a dedicated repair workstation, handling customer service and sales, as well as repair, billing, and quality control. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Técnico informático, providing in-person and remote repair and support services, post-sales customer support, and product sales.

Prior to Phone House España, Raúl worked at El Corte Inglés from 2009 to 2010 as a Supervisor de venta de comunicaciones, handling personal management and sales of Vodafone and independent telephony products. Additionally, they assisted in the transition from in-house management to outsourced subcontracted sales of communication contracts.
