David Carpenter

David Carpenter joined IAS in 2006 and is Senior Vice President and serves as IAS’s Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Carpenter holds a number of additional responsibilities including management of the Applications area of the Information Technology Department comprised of IAS’s technical staff of programmers, analysts and designers.
