Martin Nemetz

Martin Nemetz currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Hilti Group, where responsibilities include overseeing software development across multiple locations since January 2022. Prior to this, Martin led software development as Senior Vice President at Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft, managing a team responsible for delivering IoT-based applications, mobile apps, and microservices to a large user base. Martin's experience at Hilti Group also includes roles as Program Manager for an IoT platform and leadership positions in IT and project management. Former positions encompass roles at the University of Vienna as a research fellow and internships at the European Commission and various companies. Martin holds a Ph.D. in Business Informatics and a Master's Degree in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna.
