Sue Schmidt

Sue Schmidt joined IAS in 1999 and is the Director of Claims, managing the operations of Medicare Supplement, Cancer, Accident & Health and Indemnity Insurance products.

Prior to joining IAS, Ms. Schmidt spent 20 years in the insurance industry working in various management roles, for a third party administrator and a large insurance company with experience in group Major Medical, PPO and dental insurance claims administration for their state account operations and national major accounts. Ms. Schmidt’s areas of expertise include inventory management and project consulting for product conversions with a focus on daily health claims operations, with proven results.
