Carter Theissen

Carter Theissen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive auction and service industries. Currently serving as Executive Sales Director at Insurance Auto Auctions since September 2019, Carter previously held the position of Managing Partner at Midwest Vehicle Exchange, where responsibilities included market analytics and risk assessment. From 1999 to 2016, Carter was a key leader at Manheim, managing two auto auction companies and overseeing significant sales and team development initiatives. Carter began a professional career at First Protection Corporation, progressing through various roles to Division Manager, where innovative service offerings were launched. Carter holds a degree from Concordia University-St. Paul.
