Rod Stasik

Rod Stasik is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the automotive and insurance industries. Currently serving as Area Operations Manager at Insurance Auto Auctions since January 2003, Rod supervises Branch Managers, conducts performance reviews, and implements new policies and procedures. Previously, Rod held the role of Operational Trainer, where responsibilities included assessing operational situations, developing training programs, and facilitating training presentations. Earlier in career, Rod was Branch Manager at Insurance Auto Auctions, overseeing daily operations and staff motivation. Prior to joining Insurance Auto Auctions, Rod served as VP of Operations & Customer Service at The Lube Stop, Inc, leading district managers and managing operations for multiple service locations.
