Sandeep Tilva

Sandeep Tilva is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at the Insurance Bureau of Canada since January 2009, Sandeep oversees infrastructure management, service desk operations, end user support, problem and incident management, security operations, and change management, leading a team of 16. Prior to this role, Sandeep held various managerial positions within XL Insurance from 2004 to 2008, including Manager of IT Operations and Manager of Technology Services, and worked as a Project Manager and IT Consultant in Europe. Sandeep's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computing from the University of Greenwich, as well as various IT certifications, including ITIL, CCNA, and MCSA/MCSE/MCDBA.
