Horia Stefan has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Horia began their career in 2008 as an Alpinist Utilitar at RCA Retele de Comunicatii Avansate. In 2010, they joined Ericsson where they held various roles such as Front Office RAN Engineer, Technical Coordinator 1st Level Assurance, Team Leader 1st Level Assurance RAN, and Industry & Society Engineer. During their time at Ericsson, Horia gained expertise in managing network alarms, troubleshooting, coordinating field engineers, and providing updates on operational activities. In 2017, they joined Vodafone Global Enterprise as a Service Delivery Manager, and later in 2019, they moved on to Insurance Business Applications as a Service Success Manager.
Horia Stefan's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Colegiul National "Matei Basarab" Bucuresti, where they earned a degree in IT Specialist with a field of study in Mathematics-Informatics in 2007. They then went on to attend the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 2007 to 2011, earning an Engineer's degree in Electronics and telecommunications. Horia Stefan continued their education at the same university from 2011 to 2013, obtaining a Master's degree in the same field.
In addition to their formal education, Horia Stefan has obtained several certifications. These include the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from PeopleCert in 2018, the AgilePM® (2014) Foundation and Practitioner certifications from APMG International in 2018, the ITIL Continual Service Improvement certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2017, the CloudU Certification from Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company in 2016, the Ericsson Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in 2015, the ITIL Service Operation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2015, the Ericsson Lean Six Sigma White Belt in 2015, and the ITIL Foundations certification from APMG-International in 2013. Horia Stefan also obtained the PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from PeopleCert in 2018.
