Currently serving as Director of Data Management & Enterprise Services at ICBC since February 2018, Denise has a robust background that includes various roles at HSBC from 2007 to 2017, encompassing responsibilities such as COO of Group Big Data Services and Global Head of IT for HSBC Premier. Previous positions include leading strategic vendor practices in Latin America and managing technology projects across multiple regions.
