Quynh Nguyen

Quynh Nguyen is a Senior Manager of Customer Research and Insights at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC), with a career spanning from March 2011 to the present, where roles have included Customer Analytics and Insights Manager, Research Analytics Advisor, and Business Insights Analyst II. Quynh also served as an Instructor for Data Analytics Fundamentals at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from September 2016 to May 2017. Prior experience includes working as an Economist at RTI International from August 2008 to February 2011. Quynh holds a B.A. in Economics and completed graduate coursework in Economics at UNC Greensboro, as well as a Diploma in Financial Services Management from Douglas College.
