Scott Holeman has extensive work experience in media relations and communications. Scott began their career as a Reporter/Weekend Anchor at KODE TV in 1986 and held that role until 1992. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a News Director/Anchor at 6News/Sunflower Cablevision. From 2005 to 2018, they served as the Communications Director at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). Currently, they are the Director of Media Relations at the Insurance Information Institute, where they have been since 2019.
Scott Holeman attended Emporia State University where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Following this, they enrolled in Indiana University Bloomington and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.

We are the trusted source of unique, data-driven insights on insurance to inform and empower consumers. For 60 years, Triple-I has provided definitive insurance information. Today, we are recognized by the media, governments, regulatory organizations, universities, and the public as a primary source of information, analysis, and referral concerning insurance. Each year, Triple-I works on more than 3,700 news stories, handles more than 6,000 requests for information, and answers nearly 50,000 questions from consumers. In addition to direct contact with the media, individuals, and organizations, Triple-I publishes a host of pamphlets and books including "Nine Ways to Lower Your Auto Insurance Costs" and the "Insurance Fact Book."
