Currently, Ruben serves as the Director of Recruiting & Marketing at Insurance Nation, leveraging relationships with executives in automotive, property management, real estate, and tax services. As the Chief Executive Officer of ICR Consulting, Inc. since 2010, Ruben has demonstrated leadership and strategic insight. Previous roles include significant positions at Weatherby Healthcare, where Ruben managed pediatric and OB/GYN divisions, and various sales leadership roles in sports organizations such as The Miami FC, Orlando City SC, Miami Dolphins & Sun Life Stadium, Florida Panthers, and Miami Marlins.
