Mike Tessalone

In his role, Mike is responsible for financial reporting, FP&A, valuation and the corporate operations of the business. He is also responsible for driving growth through market engagement and evaluating new partnership & investment opportunities.

Mike comes to TSIQ from Willis Towers Watson PLC, where he served as a Senior Vice President for Willis Capital Markets & Advisory, an investment bank focused solely on the insurance industry. In this role, he executed strategic advisory, M&A and capital raising transactions across a broad spectrum of P&C insurance, distribution/MGA and service companies.

Michael received a B.S. in Finance (magna cum laude) from the Pennsylvania State University. When not working Mike enjoys traveling, good food and cheering on his Nittany Lions, New York Jets and Yankees.
