Rob Oaks

Rob is the strategic and tactical lead for all major ITS technology initiatives including test automation (ITAP), data migration (IDMP), and technology business management (ITBMP) platforms. While Rob has worn several hats over his 30+ years as a software professional (CTO, CIO, chief architect, and lead developer, among others), the fundamental underpinning of all these roles is an unabated zeal for envisioning, designing, and building innovative technical solutions. Prior to joining ITS in 2011, Rob was chief technology officer for a Pennsylvania-based policy system vendor.
