Vana Jones

Vana Jones is the Director of Training Services and Change Management at ITS - Insurance Technology Services. With a strong background in insurance, Vana manages a team of consultants that design and deliver training services to support system implementations for property and casualty insurance companies. Prior to this role, Vana served as a Senior Consultant in Insurance Services, a Director at Direct General, a Process Development Manager at The General®, and a Business Process Consultant at Progressive Insurance. Vana holds a BBA in Marketing and Accounting from Texas Tech University.
