Ameet Lakhiani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Prior to this, Ameet held the position of Business Head (Bangalore) at InnerChef from November 2016 to August 2020. Ameet also served as Head - Business Development & Corporate Alliances - Bangalore at InnerChef from December 2015 to November 2016. Ameet has also worked as a Co-Founder & Partner at NorthGen Capital from August 2010 to November 2015. Ameet gained experience in corporate sales as the Manager at Corporate Sales at NISA Industrial Services Pvt Ltd from September 2007 to August 2010. Ameet has also held positions in operations and business development at 2 Pi Solutions Pvt Ltd from August 2004 to August 2007. Additionally, they served as the proprietor of China@Residency - The Noodle Bar from June 2002 to May 2004. Ameet's early experience includes working as a Senior Business Development Executive at A.M.Noor Real Estate from July 1999 to April 2002.

Ameet Lakhiani attended Seoul International School from 1981 to 1990, where they completed high school. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce at Baldwins Methodist College from 1994 to 1997.
