Carl Fredrik Klintner

Carl Fredrik Klintner has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Carl Fredrik began their career in the Swedish Armed Forces, where they served as a Platoon Leader at sea and Mechanical Engineer in the Royal Swedish Navy. After their military service, they worked as a Research Scientist at C5 Ligno Technologies AB, specializing in engineering yeast for bioethanol production.

In 2014, Klintner embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, co-founding Easy Fitness CFA Handelsbolag. As the CEO, they were responsible for developing, designing, and marketing fitness clothing for the CrossFit segment. Carl Fredrik also oversaw marketing and sales strategies, including social media marketing, webshop sales, and face-to-face interactions. Klintner's entrepreneurial skills and leadership were instrumental in the success of the business.

In the same year, Klintner co-founded CrossFit Malmö, a CrossFit affiliate. Carl Fredrik played a crucial role in restoring the affiliate to its former prominence and maintaining its leading position in the industry. Their responsibilities included managing the shop-in-box, coaching classes, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Klintner then transitioned into the finance and technology industry, joining Klarna as a Risk Analyst. Carl Fredrik subsequently held roles as a Senior Data Analyst, Product Manager, and Payments Manager, contributing to the development and implementation of various projects and initiatives. Notably, they played a key role in the establishment of the Klarna Credit Card and led a team responsible for driving applications to national and international banking infrastructure.

In 2018, Klintner joined Tink as a Product Manager, where they worked for a few months before moving to Insurello. At Insurello, they initially served as a Product Manager before being promoted to Head of Product. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Product Manager.

Throughout their career, Klintner has demonstrated strong expertise in product management, leadership, entrepreneurship, and strategic planning. Their diverse experiences encompass industries such as military, biochemistry, fitness, finance, and technology.

Carl Fredrik Klintner has a diverse education history that spans multiple countries and institutions. Carl Fredrik began their education at the American School in Japan from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they attended the American School of Milan in 2001 and then the International School of Hamburg (ISH) in 2002 and 2003.

After completing high school, Klintner pursued a degree in Biotechnology from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, where they obtained their Master of Science in Engineering from 2006 to 2012.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Klintner has also obtained several certifications in various fields. Carl Fredrik became a Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance in November 2016 and completed a Successful Negotiation course at IHM Business School in March 2016. Furthermore, they obtained the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification from CrossFit, Inc. in June 2014.
