Farid BenHajji

Farid BenHajji has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Farid started their career as a Senior Consultant at fabbi in 2018. In 2019, they worked at H&M as a Staff Responsible, leading a VMS team and managing system responsibility. Farid then moved on to SEB in 2020, where they served as a Team Manager responsible for staffing, recruitment, and people management of four teams.

In 2021, Farid joined Zettle by PayPal as a Tech Manager. Farid managed various teams in the Money Alliance and Seller Life Cycle areas, focusing on staffing, recruitment, and people management.

Farid's most recent role is with Insurely, where they serve as the Head of Engineering. Farid'sresponsibilities include helping insurance companies, banks, and other financial platforms provide a fair and transparent consumer experience through open data. Insurely is a leading open insurance market leader across three continents.

Before that, Farid held positions at PEAS & Understanding, Viati, Knowit Net Value, If P&C Insurance, and Logica/WM-data, where they held leadership roles and was involved in IT infrastructure, application management, and team management.

Farid BenHajji has a diverse education history. Farid obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer and system sciences from Stockholm University, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University.

In 2009, Farid enrolled in the If Basic Leadership program at BI Norwegian Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Farid completed the program in 2010.

Additionally, Farid has acquired various certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they became a Microsoft certified professional developer. In 2014, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. In 2020, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance. In the same year, they obtained the Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in 2021, they received the Certified Instructor SMC School certification from Sveriges MotorCyklister, SMC.
