John Knotek

John Knotek has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. John began their career in 1997 as a Commercial Account Manager at TD Canada Trust. In 2000, they moved to Bank of Montreal as a Manager of Succession Financing. In 2005, they joined BMO Bank of Montreal as a Manager of Insurance Broker Services, and was later promoted to National Manager of Industry Programs and Agriculture, and National Manager of Industry Programs. In 2014, they became the Chief Executive Officer of ClearPay Corp., where they provided strategic leadership and management of the company, which focused on reducing payment pain points in the P&C Insurance Industry. In 2021, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of AcordPay. Most recently, in 2022, they were named Vice President of Operations - Payments at InsurePay, a leading insurtech billing and payments suite.

John Knotek has attended both Queen's University and Dalhousie University. John holds an MBA from Dalhousie University.
